Pau D'arco is a tea from a tree (Lapacho) in the rapidly diminishing rain forests of South America. It has been used for centuries to prevent and battle cancer. It can be found in many health food stores, but the teas can be quite weak and it is best to take it in all its forms: tea, decoction, and tincture.
